The Role:

RTG Solutions is looking for a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our field operations across Central Pennsylvania. As a woman-owned, veteran-led company, we take pride in our precision and our reputation. In this role, you aren't on an island and you will coordinate and communicate daily with our Field Superintendent and VP of Operations. They are there to provide the resources, guidance, and support you need to ensure every project is a success.

What You’ll Do:

Lead installations of high-performance roof systems, including EPDM, TPO/PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Metal.

Collaborative Leadership: Maintain open lines of communication with leadership to troubleshoot site challenges, manage schedules, and ensure "Return To Green" quality.

Manage and Mentor: Supervise a crew of 3–6 roofers, ensuring production targets are met and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Technical Oversight: Read blueprints, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure every detail of the manufacturer’s specifications is met.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.)

Previous leadership or foreman experience required

Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, installation methods, and repair techniques

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

The Opportunity:

Join our team at RTG Solutions! We are looking for Commercial Roofers who are ready to build a career in a high-demand trade.

Whether you are an experienced roofer or a motivated individual looking for a fresh start, we provide the environment and the training to help you succeed.

The Role:

Field Execution: Working under a Field Foreman, you will assist in the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Metal).

Travel: This position includes out-of-town work. We handle the logistics; you bring the work ethic.

Skill Development: Learn specialized waterproofing, sheet metal work, and safety standards from a professional team.

Site Pride: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe project site.

Requirements:

No experience required! Open to all levels. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who is reliable and willing to learn.

Reliability: You are someone who shows up on time and follows the direction of your Field Foreman to get the job done right.

Travel Ready: Ability to be away from home for regional projects as needed.
