Sarah is the President of RTG Solutions, a WBENC-certified, woman-owned commercial roofing company based in Central Pennsylvania. She leads the company’s vision for delivering quality commercial roofing systems for schools, municipalities, hospitals, and businesses across the I-80 and I-99 corridor. With a focus on government contracting and public procurement, Sarah ensures RTG provides cost-effective, dependable roofing solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and performance.
Why does she do it? Well that’s simple. “We want to be able to offer something to our kids. We want to be able to teach them what it’s like to push for their dreams and be a hard worker”
Beyond her leadership role, Sarah is deeply committed to her community. She serves on local boards and associations, volunteers her time to community initiatives, and brings the same family-first values to RTG that she shares at home with her husband Robby, the company’s COO, her two daughters Mallory and Leah, and their two dogs Lacy and Hund

Robbie Getz, Vice President of Operations
Commercial roofing runs in Robbie’s blood. He has been working in the commercial roofing field from the moment he turned 18, and has cultivated wide-ranging experience across decades in the industry. He brings not only project expertise, but also strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to the projects that often finds him building side by side with the RTG crew on the roofs.
Tyler Guerriero, Estimator
With over a decade of military and roofing experience, Tyler blends precision, leadership, and problem-solving into every commercial project. As our estimator, Tyler’s role is to analyze projects in order to determine the cost of labor, materials, and what equipment is needed to successfully complete a project Tyler’s mission-first mindset ensures RTG always delivers with excellence for our clients.
Dave Sampson, Operations Superintendent
Dave is the RTG Operations Superintendent and brings over 40 years of commercial roofing experience to our team! During each project, Dave is responsible for managing the team and ensuring everything is done safely, on time, and within budget. He has overseen hundreds of projects over the years and is passionate about delivering the best quality roofs in the safest way possible. When he is not on the roof, Dave enjoys fishing, archery, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Casey Lewis, Operations Coordinator
Casey is a dedicated operations professional with over 10 years of experience in coordinating and optimizing daily workflows. She excels at organizing schedules, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless execution across teams. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her children at their sporting events and spending quality time with friends and family. Her strong attention to detail and passion for helping others stay organized drives her success at RTG.
Lacy Getz, Chief Barketing Officer
Lacy joined RTG Solutions after a rigorous career in backyard diplomacy and squirrel negotiation. As Chief Barketing Officer, she specializes in wag-first communication and has pioneered our Paw-to-Person Engagement Model™. Known for her uncanny ability to detect UPS trucks from three blocks away, Lacy ensures every client feels seen, heard, and occasionally licked. Her leadership style combines empathy, persistence, and an insistence that belly rubs be considered a valid form of positive feedback.
Hund Getz, Chief Pawtection Officer
Hund serves as RTG Solutions’ Chief Pawtection Officer, overseeing risk management, unauthorized-snack prevention, and the strategic defense of truck beds. With a black belt in growling-at-suspicious-leaves, Hund has established a zero-tolerance policy for uninvited chipmunks. His tactical approach to guarding the office includes rotating surveillance naps and an advanced bark-detection system that activates whenever a roofing material delivery arrives. Hund’s philosophy is simple: “If it moves, I sniff. If it doesn’t move, I also sniff.”
